It’s been 5 years since we started providing aqua shoes in South Korea as the brand Skin Shoes. Now, more than half the customers at any water park in Korea can be seen in aqua shoes.
As a result of our efforts to create a new market in an unpopular industry in South Korea, GTS Global Co., Ltd.’s sales and staff have grown to 30 and 13 times more than 5 years ago. We have become a sportswear brand specialized in indoor workouts and water sports with a wide range of product lines extended from aqua shoes to swimwear (rash guards), athleisure clothing, walking shoes, and a variety of accessories, which account for more than 1,000 SKUs.
Remaining humble even as the number one aqua shoe brand in Korea, Ballop has participated in more than 10 overseas exhibitions every year for the past 3 years as an international marketing strategy, a difficult feat for small businesses like ourselves. We have also achieved exports worth million and settled a contract with Huimei Fashion Group in Guangzhou, China, with a 250 billion sales guarantee for three years.
Our stable sales figure is achieved by our solid trade performance in European markets starting with Germany and Italy, exports to Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, and our effort to pioneer a new market in Japan as well as diversified exporting areas.
